What to write about
- A correction. Name the page and the sentence, and the source you're relying on: a section of the U.S. Code, a paragraph of the Financial Management Regulation, an instruction or an Air Force publication. We check it against the source and correct the page if it's wrong.
- Leaving the waitlist. Write from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it.
- Your information. To see what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. The privacy page lists what that is.
- The records check. Questions about what it covers and when the pilot opens.
Please don't email your records
Don't send your Social Security number, your DoD ID number, or copies of your points statement, Record Review, orders or DD-214s by email. We don't need them to answer a question, and email isn't the place for them. When the records check opens, it will have its own upload, with the protections described on the privacy page.
What we can't help with
- A VA claim, or what to file with the VA.
- Legal, financial or tax advice about your own situation.
- Contacting your unit, your personnel center, DFAS or the VA on your behalf.
